TRAINING AND WORKSHOP
Expanded Bodies understands movement as a multidimensional act that is created inside and outside of oneself, involving space, time, energy and other bodies. understands movement as a multidimensional act that is created inside and outside of oneself, involving space, time, energy and other bodies.
Based on the abilities or needs of each participant, the aim is to potentiate the diversity of corporalities and their expressive possibilities with a proposal that arises from their own experience in butoh, and other dance and theatrical sources. The technique or physical training does not refer to virtuosity, but rather to a conscience and a state of alertness, which allows the breaking of corporal and mental patterns to exceed one's own limits.
